Sweet Potato

Ingredients
Sweet Potato: 4 medium size | Brown Sugar: 2 Tbsp | Cinnamon: 4 (1 inch each) |
Procedure
Step 1: Wash the sweet potatoes. Peel & cut in round shapes. Again wash the sweet potatoe pieces and keep in the strainer to drain out extra water.
Step 2: Grind brown sugar & cinnamon.
Step 3: Set OTG for pre-heating: Temperature – 150°C | Mode – Bake | Timer – 20
Step 4: Place aluminium foil on baking tray. Keep the sweet potato pieces on it and sprinkle the powder (made by grinding brown sugar & cinnamon).
Step 5: Cover the sweet potato pieces with aluminium foil. When the OTG is hot enough (timer = 10), keep the tray in the OTG. After 10 minutes, the OTG will shut down automatically. Rest for 5 minutes.
Step 6: After 5 minutes, take out the tray and open the covered aluminium foil.
Step 7: Enjoy the sweet potatoes.
Tips
- Cutting of sweet potatoes into different shapes is according to your choice.
- Before placing the baking tray in the pre-heated OTG, put small holes in the aluminium foil to let the air pass.
